Posted 4 months ago Is your writing done for the general public or is is written for your own personal expression with no intentions of anyone ever reading it? |

| Posted 4 months ago I write for my own personal expression with no intentions of sharing them. It's very rarely that'll I will write a poem and share it. Ms. Antoinette M. | Posted 4 months ago I write for my own personal expression. Re-enlightenment is in the realization of the fact that we have only the present moment to live. |

| Posted 4 months ago I wrote poetry when I was (much) younger for my eyes only. Now in my life I write regularly with a purpose and a cause (Feminism: big shocker, right?) knowing that my words will be read by many in the newspapers that publish my column. It is a humbling experience, but wouldn't change a thing. It increases my confidence in my writing. So does this website quite honestly. I have never had to communicate via on-line before- Allow me to take this opportunity to apologize for my zillions of typos!!!! |

| Posted 4 months ago I write for my own personal expression. Sometimes it's just too deep to share but once it's down on paper I always feel so much better. It's not who you are that holds you back. It's who you think you're not. - Unknown |

| Posted 4 months ago I write when I want to vent or feel very passionate about something. It is all the thing that I could not say to the party (mainly at work), therefore it is mostly for my eyes only. |

| Posted 4 months ago My non-professional writing is generally a means of working out my feelings about a problem, situation, etc., and is meant to be private. Sometimes, however, with the passage of time, I've separated enough from the writing and the situation that I will share it with others, especially if it will help them understand/face/address a similar situation. | Posted 2 months ago I write for both personal and private reasons. Sharing poems and stores that I feel would help encourage readers. Things that are personal are not shared. Maybe in artwork, but other then that no. |

| Posted 2 months ago My writing is mostly for my eyes only; I started a journal for each of my daughters before they were born -- which, I gave to them once they were grown. I wanted them to know their mother as a young woman - not only as "mom". I also write songs - these I have always shared - but I always - first - they're for me. Writing helps me understand my own feelings - and other people. |

| Posted 2 months ago I write for both reasons. I would really like to share some of my writing with the public, but I have not mustered up the courage to share it. What if everyone thought it sucked? I know, I'm working on getting over it and putting something out there. I will probably start with ebooks and see what happens. It's not who's going to LET me, it's who's going to STOP me. -- Ayn Rand |

| Posted 27 days ago Some times I write for my eyes only. Things that I may dilike about someones negativity through out that day or something that made me feel exceptional. I also like to free write. Wether it's to agree with someone or disagree. Writing my feelings allows me to have a type of voice that I am passionate about. I also like reading other peoples voices that are compiled in to words that express their views and opinions. |
