I am considering asking my boss to make my work hours flexible so that I can come in late and leave later. Problem is, he's very much a face time kinda person. What's a good way to sell him? After all, I will be working just as hard, just at a different time.

You need to be incredibly buttoned-up when presenting the option to him. Anticipate all of his objections and have answers for those concerns immediately. You may want to go in there with 3 different options, each weighed for pro/cons for both you and the company. Good luck!

Schedule it so it is clear to him when you would and wouldn't be there.

Hey Jaishree, I  do hope you were sucessful in securing your request for flexable work hours.

Given the escalating prices of fuel, it is prudent to commute during the time when it is off-peak.

All the best  !!!!
