Reminisce  about those treasured memories of times spent in the country area during vacations, excurtions or ,,,,,,,,,,,whatever you know.

I remember growing -up in the country area, the mannerism of the folkes were of paramount importance, in that as a child you could not pass an adult on the street and not greet them.  If you did'nt greet an adult or behave rudely, then you would be reported to your parents, who would then administer disciplinary actions. Today, over twenty years later it has changed somewhat and children are not subjected to disciplinary actions for not greeting an adult.

I live in the country and I love the peacefulness the most. The fields are different hues of green, and when it is not raining, the sky is a magnificent blue.

People who lives in the country here in Argentina has more peace and security than the ones who lives in a city. Most of them are so friendly specially when you are a guest at their home.

I'm a born and raised city girl with a country girl's heart!  Every summer when we were young we'd go down to a sleepy little town and visit our cousins -- we loved it -- the place seems suspended in time -- hasn't changed (even today) from the way it was when my Dad was a little boy.  And what a feeling - everyone knows everyone -- it's special.
