Who knows how many varieties of chocolate there are?  Of course, there are far too many to name.  You would think there would be dark, milk and white, now wouldn't you?  But how dark is dark?  I have actually seen dark chocolate bars that are 100% cocoa!  There's a little shop in Stockholm that sells them, an Italian place.  There's an Italian website for them....if you can read Italian.  And they come in different flavours, including chili, which...believe it or not...is good, and can be added to a pot of chili for a wonderful Aztec-style recipe.  What's the most unusual chocolate you've ever found?

Nutella is the absolute best but most addictive ever for me. It's a chocolate and hazlenut based spread, and, ahem, yeah, alot of times I just use a spoon and eat it. Prolly my worst habit.

oh, yeah, we have that over here, as well.  We also have a heavenly white chocolate spread.  Have you ever tried that?  I tried the black chocolate with chili, and it was really good.

Can't do white chocolate. I've never liked it, don't much care for plain, vanilla icecream either. I've never had chili/chocholate candy, but it sounds good. Reminds me of tamarindo candy, ever had that? Not chocolate, but I love it almost just as much. When I was preggers I ate so much of it.

tamarindo sounds interesting, and it sounds like it would have helped your tummy during pregnancy.  Ginger biscuits are good for that, too.  But I've never had it.  The chocolate with chili in it is usually found in Mesopatomia shops.  That doesn't look like it's spelled correctly.  They have it in 85%, and it's delicious, but this deli in Stockholm has 100%.  A friend of mine from Stockholm is coming to visit, and is supposed to be bringing me a bar of it to make some chili with.  If you find it, you should try it.  I wouldn't have believed it would be so good.
