Ok, now I'm creeped out! I'm supposed to be relocating in the next few months...but my boss just came in here a few minutes ago offering me a promotion! I'm so confused on what I should do....and now I read this daily motivation...now I'm really confused. 

Please pray for clarity in my life!

Hi Carissa.   Love these daily motivations.   The quote,  "The truth does not change because it is, or is not,  believed by a majority of people" stands out the most to me.  I keep reading it over and over again and thinking wow that's deep.

You are worth it



You are worth the trouble and effort required to make your life the best it can possibly be. There is so very much you have to express, to give, to experience and to contribute to the magnificent fabric of life.



You are worth the discomfort and frustration that you'll regularly need to get through. You are worth the pain that the world will sometimes offer.



For within you is the capacity for great joy and astounding achievement. Within you are beautiful and worthy dreams that long to be fulfilled.



You are one of a kind and you are filled with a driving purpose. You are worth whatever it takes to give that special purpose a lasting and meaningful expression.



Yes, the disappointments, inconveniences, pains, problems and annoyances will surely and steadily come. Yet they are indeed quite trivial compared to the precious possibilities that live within you.



Make whatever efforts necessary, endure whatever setbacks you must, move forward through whatever challenges may come along. For there is no question that you are worth it.

FEAR IS OVERCOME WITH ACTION



One of the greatest surprises you'll experience,

is when you discover that you can do

what you were afraid you couldn't do.



Your obstacles will melt away,

if instead of cowering before them,

you make up your mind to walk boldly through them.



Do the thing you fear and fear disappears.



Confront your fears, list them, get to know them

and only then will you be able to put them aside

and move ahead.



When you face the things that scare you,

you open the door to freedom.



The only thing you have to fear, is fear itself..

This line really touches my heart and spirit. With so much uncertainty as to what's going on in my life, and the things that will transpire in the next few months....I know now I must be thankful for what I have now, and be thankful for what lies ahead. Thanks Carissa

Thanks again for the motivational message on forgiveness & bitterness:

Yesterday when I read it , I could only write that comment. However today I am feeling renewed,  I have endeavor to rid my heart of bitterness and unforgiveness  as it creates monster;  and I will not yield to evil. I learnt two things yesterday that devastated me.

1. It is alleged that a few of the staff I supervised are plotting to hurt me physically, because I stood up for principle and will not allow them to flaunt the company's rules and guidelines.  I have vowed to be fair and relentless in rooting out corruption and inefficencies in the department I supervised. I will not be bullied into silence.

2.  My estranged husband's lawyer has indicated that he will be applying on the behalf of my husband for a reduction in the amount of money I receive for child's support, which is already insufficent in this time of economic decline.

I have prayed to God to continue to watch and keep me safe; also to give me the strength to be strong and brave in trying circumstances.

The Power of Purpose



The obstacles you encounter rarely have a coherent purpose of their own.



They are just there, inconvenient and troublesome to be sure, but with nothing of substance to sustain them.



You, on the other hand, have the extreme advantage of being able to choose and follow a definite purpose. By so doing, instead of randomly scattering your energy and efforts, you can sharply focus and powerfully concentrate all that energy, all those efforts in a consistent direction.



Soft, gentle raindrops falling over a wide area will always yield to the contours and obstructions of the landscape. Yet when those tiny drops of water are concentrated into a mighty river, they have the power to cut through any obstruction.



In the same way, when your thoughts, feelings and actions are centered around a clear and consistent purpose, nothing can hold you back. The random and disjointed exertions of circumstance are no match for a living and unwavering purpose.



The problems, the frustrations, the challenges and the difficult situations come and go. A steadfast, meaningful purpose will carry you successfully through them all.



Give your life a decided advantage over all the burdensome circumstances you encounter. Live each moment in the service of the highest and most positive purpose you can imagine.
