I've heard that meditation can do wonders for the body mind and soul, especially during stressful times.They say that it's more important to feel beautiful from the inside and not just from the outside to experience that real beauty stems from within and meditation enables you to do just that.


How many of you practice meditation and in what ways has it helped you in your life?


What methods do you use to meditate.Is there any ideal time of the day for practicing  it?
