And before you buy....


check out the reviews online apparently the MS Live Business Site I turned you onto earlier is getting better reviews than the Quick Book online functionality... I know that MS is also offering a free download of their accounting program.... Accounting Express 2008 (I believe you have to have the current version of office in order to access this download... let me know who is interested in where to buy upgrades at rock bottom prices).

I want to learn to use QuickBooks without taking classes .What do you suggest to buy or download ?

The more recent versions of QB's have what they call a "coach", which is basically a guide to walk you through your work flow.  It's a step by step guide to help you learn how to use the product.  QB also has an amazing, indepth user guide or help menu.


You'll be runnin it like a pro in no time.
