| Posted 8 months ago ......head down to Longbeach to assist in a grand opening of a new salon!!! I will be networking & conducting spa demonstrations for about 100 women and then hopefully be back in time for our SuperBowl party on Sunday. =) |

(hopefortodaypodcast.org - loosely based on the 12-step program known as Al-Anon) 3. Play aerobie-ring at Westerly Town Beach (in RI) with my beau, Mark. 4. Attend an Al-Anon meeting. 5. Be grateful for how wonderful life can be!

| Posted 2 months ago We are busy this weekend. We are going to the state fair and have concert tickets. My sister and nieces are visiting next week so the girls will go to the zoo/waterpark and the fair. That was a great surprise, and we are all excited! If the weather is nice, we'll grill outside and swim in the pool. |

We plan to see the Grand Ole Opry, but otherwise we're not sure. We thought we'd take a bus tour to get an idea of what is around. Our children don't care much for museums; they prefer more of a "hands on" experience. We'd also love a recommendation for good barbeque restaurants. Thanks! Jane G. Chambers
