| Posted 5 months ago Well is not my last book. At this moment I am reading a Sally McGhee book "Take Back Your Life!". It gives you pointers on how you can get organized using the tools you already have in the office - using Microsoft Outlook. We all make plans to complete certain tasks during the day but somehow, and sometimes, we don't even get to at least finish one of those tasks due to all the information we receive, the hundreds of e-mails, the constant interruptions, and other casualties. We also get frustrated because we must complete a project but we can't. Sally suggests that by using Outlook you can get organized and lead a project without any delays or interruptions with a simple set of Meaningful Objectives. Things that go accordingly with what you want to do and your company's mission and vission. By setting your own Meaningful Objectives you can reach a level of sucess you feel you don't have at this moment. Maybe you are the kind of person that keeps everything just in case. By making a throughough selections of what is important and what you don't need you will throw approximately a 75% of excessive baggage. You need to ask yourself "Does this help me or do I need it to complete my Meaningful Objectives?"

| Posted 5 months ago “Train your Mind, Change Your Brain”, by Sharon Begley with foreword by the Dalai Lama. Still reading and the book is about neuroplasticity; how you think can change your brain, empowering neuronal cell growth and retention. Interesting material on the intersection of where Buddhism and modern science become mutually enriching. The book illustrates the healing potential that each one of us carries.
