I use Epsom Salts in a warm bath to help with sore muscles.  It really helps.

Epsom salt is a fantastic bath theraphy, add a little baby oil and bubble bath to it and you'd think you are at a spa.I do this on a regular just to relax and unwind from the everyday stress of life.I must admit I do read in the tub with the hot water on really low so that I can really enjoy my "me time".Vasaline intensive care bath salts are really good too if you want to enjoy the nice fragrances they offer.Ladies we can all use what I call "Me Time".it doesn't cost much and what's 30 or 40 minutes of our time in the tub to Thank every bone and body part in our body for withstanding another day of trials and tribulations?.Pamper yourselves!.I do and DARE anyone in my house to interrupt,I give fair warning that I will be in there a while and if anyone think they might have to invade "My Time" too bad!

yeah, there are some great recipes that I just found for epsom salts soaks! They are great. Do you have those balls over there that you can put in the tub to let them fizzle? We have recipes for those!

Yes we do have  those fizzing bath balls,my daughter gave them to me but I never used them because I have not run out of the good stuff yet.Have you ever tried any of the Burt Bees products?, The products are a little pricey depending on what you'd like to try.All the products are suppose to be natural and full of carrot seed, almond milk, beta carotene and etc; I've only tried the chapstick once but it grew legs and did a disappearing act (my daughter).I did enjoy the feel of the chapstick on my lips.I'd like to know how you make those bath fizzing balls and of course the bath salts.

I have heard of Burt's Bees products, but not over here.  They really are fantastic!

As far as Burts Bees goes, I've used all of their products, and they are wonderful.  I've been to a couple of their seminars as well, and the ingredients are all natural.  They are becoming increasingly popular, so keep your eyes open!!!

Rare - they now make epsom salts with lavender -- I also like to add a few drops of essential oils -- my favorites are clary sage and gerranium -- wow it's rejuvenating.  Also there's a mineral bath salt out there under the label of Bath Therapy -- really recommend that anyone who loves a good soak check it out, they even have a cold/flu version when you're feeling sick and achy.

I like Burt's Bees, but I've also become a fan of JR Watkins product (around the same price point) and Korres (a little pricier).

I really like using The Naked Bee products.  Products are like burts bees but a bit less expensive.  I really fell in love with their oatmeal honey bar soap.  I probably would have not baught the soap had I not tried it on a scrapbooking retreat.  It lathers up so nice, washes clean and is just heavenly.

See, that's what I like about all-natural products, they really do work very well, and are soooo nice!
