Smell of Coffee

Posted 4 months ago Does it count if I love the smell of coffee, but not necessarily all the coffee drinks? I basically drink the ones that taste more like a dessert! "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you."

| Posted 4 months ago I basically love the flavour of coffee too.Whether it's in the form of the beverage itself or a coffee cake, coffee ice cream or any other dessert...I love it.And yes I guess the smell makes an impact too. | Posted 4 months ago I grew up loving the smell of coffee but hating the taste (my parents drink it black). When I found out about adding cream, then I learned to enjoy the taste as well. Jane G. Chambers

| Posted 4 months ago I cannot function during the day unless I wake up to a fresh pot brewing. I love the smell and I love the taste. I love everything about coffee...it's my only vice. I used to drink all the fancy coffee's like, mocha vanilla caramel triple berry something but it wrecked havoc on my waistline so I'm back to the traditional. It's not who you are that holds you back. It's who you think you're not. - Unknown |

| Posted 4 months ago I don't drink coffee or anything with coffee in it, but I do love the smell of freshly ground coffee or a fresh brewed pot. Maybe because my mom drinks coffee and its something I woke up to every day growing up, there is just something comforting about it. Jean Bentley

| Posted 4 months ago My oldest daughter loves the smell of coffee but hates the taste, so she would always "smell" my Colombian brewing, but I would have it all to myself! I think if you love the smell of coffee, you still qualify as a coffee-lover! |

| Posted 3 months ago Years ago I used to live downtown and there was a coffee company on one side of the area and on the other side was a bread company, early mornings I'd open my windows and get a whiff of both aromas, instantly brewing coffee and adding bread to the toaster.I loved the aroma of both, very refreshing scents early in the morning, making one look forward to rise & shine. ♥♥SOoo Rare & Unique...Never meant 2 be caught, let me fly free... so I can be me...Rare Butterfly in the sky...♥♥ |

| Posted 3 months ago I love the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. When coffee sits it the coffee maker too long, the smell is acrid and not pleasing. My Mom's favorite cake is icied with a mocha icing; she is a coffee lover. I have found memories of making that cake for her, but she has diabetes so no more cake for her. Donna Life is short. | Posted 3 months ago I can remember when I said to anyone who would listen "I'll never drink coffee". Well, that all changed after I entered the workforce. It was the coffee break and the fresh smell brewing coffee in the canteen, as well as the idle chat with co-workers that got me hooked. I mean, who can go on a coffee break and drink "milk"? I became a coffee drinker and ultimately a coffee lover. I loved the smell (like others who posted) from my childhood memory of my parents start to their day and then to the fresh brew in the office. I recall the trend to the "gourmet" coffee bean, like hazelnut and almond. This then died out a bit, but I was hooked. Nothing but fresh grinding my coffee beans (Columbian, or Kona). I could only drink coffee with cream and sugar or black. Over the years the cream was changed to 1/2 and 1/2. I can't get it to milk or 1% or lowfat or soy.....it somehow doesn't work. I still start each day with a cup (large one) of java. I also have a break in the afternoon with co-workers. I'm sure there are tea-lovers or other caffinated beverage lovers out there. I prefer coffee!

| Posted 3 months ago I know it sounds strange but someone brought in Orange Coffee last week to the office. I like my coffee straight up, no gimmicks. However this coffee was AMAZING! It was delicious and fresh tasting. I think the orange works so well for the autumn season. Has anyone tried orange coffee before? It's not who you are that holds you back. It's who you think you're not. - Unknown |

| Posted 5 days ago Coffee IS the epitome of AROMATHERAPY! Any time of the day it perks me up. But I MUST have it in the morning -- addiction, you know. It's not who's going to LET me, it's who's going to STOP me. -- Ayn Rand |
