Posted 3 months ago I was laid off from a company after 32+ years and it seems like the only companies interested are Staffing companies. If a full time job becomes avilable is it ethical to leave the staffing firm and take the full time permanent job. |

It's been my experience that in working with staffing agencies you get your foot in the door of companies that wouldn't necessarily be letting people in. Ms. Antoinette M.
