I love this phone. The applications are super user friendly. I like that it shows you which missed calls you havent returned yet on the call log. Its not gargantuan like the other blackberrys although typing on the keypad takes a little practice. The call quality is decent but not great which is my only complaint

It's a necessary evil. Is it great? No. Is it good? Yeh, I guess. It's a nice little device on the way to having an iPhone.

I've had my BB Pearl 8100 for over a year now and I love it! It is still holding up after being dropped in a Cosmopolitan, out of my Jeep, out of my purse, out of my pockets, etc. It's basically gone through hell and it still works as well as the day I took it out of the box!
Very user friendly and very sleek!
