I agree with the previous post. It has ease of use, the keyboard is exactly like a computer. It has access to internet, GPS, keeps up with appointments, and when you are just plain bored, you can play games on it. Great product.

I have the palm based treo and this is my 2nd one. It can't be beat for reliability, and it is so fast on the internet, I really use it all the time when I need quick access and am not near my laptop. It's large but the size makes the keyboard easy to visualize but it would be slightly nicer if the keys had a matte surface so your nails wouldn't slide when typing. My husband has the windows based model so I may trade up soon!

I am on my 3rd Palm. My current is the Treo 680. I find it to be very versatile and easy to use. I've replaced my paper calendar,address book and to do list completely with it. There are lots of add-on software that can be purchased. I have one called Splash Travel that allows you to keep track of your packing list, convert currency and track travel expenses.
