About Me:
Hi everyone! My name is Missy I'm from the great state of Minnesota; I have a fabulous husband (Chad) and four great kids! I've recently stepped out of my comfort zone of being a stay at home mom of five years and am now venturing out on a business adventure and am having the time of my life and learning the importance of time management real quick! The hardest thing is finding balance....or do you ever really find it or maybe it finds you ;-). Either way it's a must! My husband and children are my biggest fans and have been so supportive, I'm so lucky to have them! My business is Cold Fusion and I partner with three other awesome woman/mothers. Cold Fusion is a meal replacement smoothie shop where our moto is “Smart – Fast – Nutrition”. We also hold weight loss challenges and have individual wellness evaluations. We also offer a line of nutritonal products geared towards client’s nutritional goals. I’m here to meet friends, laugh, network and find other people that would like a cold fusion in their town, and of course vent, complain and maybe even… cry at times. Are you in the mood? To shake things up that is, stop on in to Cold Fusion and shake up a smoothie...on me of course! First one's always free ;-).

    I'm not sure if it's legal or "cool" to post on your own wall....but I gotta say what an INCREDIBLE PLACE THIS IS! Where else could a gal like me go where you can wake up in the morning and find a gift from a friend in Tx. a gold star by my name along with all these wonderful things said about me (they call them tags).     Missy, I am just coming over to the "other side" of trying to eat for health and not just to be eating. It is interesting that I have come across you at the same time. There is a site called "Raw Fu" that a friend had me look at and that's where the education has gone so far. I'll be looking forward to finding out more about your venture.
