We were in the line of fire also. I was up most of the night watching the progress. We had a generator on standby, candles, and a load of chocolate (reduces stress, right?)! Fortunately,IKE lost most of its strength. We had rain/high winds,but it's all good now.

Well, I am back at college now getting my BA in Human Services. We have already attended for 3 weeks now! Now I'm looking for a job because they just informed us that they are closing our office. The actual closure will be in November and they will be phasing us out up until then. I'm moving this next week and I thought I would have most of my stress and obstacles out of the way only to get hit with this. I hope I can keep my focus.
