About Me:
I am 37 years old and have been married to the Army for a little over two years. Actually, I' m just married to a Soldier, who is a great man, not the Army. However, sometimes it feels that way. We are now stationed in Hawaii. This is my first move with the military and I didn't realize how hard leaving my career and starting over would be. I am a southern girl and being here is like living in another country. It is most definitely a beautiful place, just very different from the South. I have been working at my new job for about a month now and things are going very well. It definitely has lifted my spirits as well as give me a purpose besides being an Army "WIFE". Not that I mind the wife job, but I have my own goals too. I am very blessed that my husband is supportive.

    Hi, Tracey. Thank you for accepting my invitation. I love to read and cross stitch as well. I imagine, being from the south myself, that it must be culture shock to move to HI.     I am getting more adjusted to Hawaii. I have been working now for about two weeks and am enjoying it. I also had a visit here from family, so that helped immensely.
