Realestate is right rough here it seems. Prices aren't dropping like they are everywhere else. Still pretty high. If they could've gotten a hair lower i would have bought verses building. It's frustrating!
We haven't hit the 30's yet, still in high 40's and what not. Winter is coming way too fast!
