There's a rocky history they're still trying to overcome. Things are on the upswing, turnover has helped remove some of the clingier problems, but there's still work to be done.

Advice for prospective applicants:

Talk to them about short- and long-term goals, both for you and for the company.

Leadership is non-existence. Business has no clear vision. Expenses are higher than revenue. Very poor pay. Management will not take constructive criticism.

Advice for prospective applicants:

Not recommended to apply. If they are still around in 3 years and ocmpletely change management then i will re-evaluate.
