Avon has this rating due to the fact it is intended to assist women. But I feel that if they really wanted to assist women then they should at least gaurentee them a set or base salary that can keep the gas in the car to push their product. And food on the table so that we can wake up in the morning to continue to push their product.

Avon is a great benefit. I would love to assist anyone who would like this job.

The company has been providing goods and services to the public for many years. It has earned the respect and title of being one of the best companies!

Avon, like most beauty supply companies, tends to privilege physically attractive employees. But this is of course not always the case.
